healthy 口语书面都能用， 可以修饰的对象即可以是抽象的也可以是具体的， 即可以做定语也可以做表语，比如

Getting up early is a healthy habbit.

He is very healthy considering his age.

这几句都不能用wholesome替换。

总之， 能用 wholesome 大都可以用 healthy。 反过来不行。
