UC's business model
「上善若水，水善利万物而不争。」~~公益不是退休富人的赎罪券，而是青春年少的蛋白质。

公益活动不能只靠爱心，还要靠市场机制。好的商业模式，可以让公益组织或活动永续经营。

“和一群集”是以“社会企业”(Social Enterprise)为商业模式。捐钱不能永续，除了慈悲之心，还需要商业技巧，唯有帮助公益组织自给自足，才能长期解决问题。
